The College is a small foundation secondary school, which was founded in 1958 and is set in pleasant extensive grounds on Dollis Hill.

It is served by a number of bus routes and is local to Neasden and Dollis Hill Underground stations on the Jubilee Line.

Our sister school, John Kelly Girls' Technology College, is located on the same site.

An Ofsted Inspection in March 2005 recognised John Kelly Boys' Technology College as "a good college with many very good features" and that it has a very good sixth form.
